The platform supports three asset types, owned assets, bridge assets and ptu's.
1. Owned assets
Owned assets are assets owned by the organisation, reporting directly into Bridge from your Telematics Service Provider.
Owned assets are always available on Bridge.
Owned assets can be shared on Bridge to available contacts.
2. Bridge assets
Bridged assets are assets owned by a sub-contractor that have been shared to your Bridge organisation.
Bridged assets are visible on for the duration of the share.
Bridged assets can be shared to available contacts.
3. PTU (Portable Tracking Unit)
A PTU is a self-powered portable unit that is used to track a variety of assets. PTUs are owned assets.
PTU are always available on Bridge.
PTUs can be shared on Bridge to available contacts.
