Why is my Asset not showing on the map or staying at one location

1. Poor internet connection. Please check that you have a stable internet connection.
2. The unit in your vehicle reports GPS coordinates to a tracking company. These coordinates are plotted on a mapping system to retrieve the street address. Your address may be in an area that has not been properly mapped yet, e.g. underground garage, basement, or some rural areas.
